1. Made-to-Order Process:

All our products are made-to-order, meaning that each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

2. Production Time:

We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Our dedicated team works diligently to create your custom styles within a time frame of 14 working days (excl any external delays). The production time begins from the day after you place your order and excludes weekends and public holidays.

3. Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review the order confirmation carefully to ensure all information is accurate. Reach out to our customer service team immediately if any changes are needed.

4. Updates and Tracking:

We will keep you informed about the status of your order through regular updates. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. We ship throughout SA via Aramex or The Courier Guy.
