Hi Goddess, oh no, not happy with the fit? Don’t worry we are here to assist in exchanging your order for another style or size of your choice.
Please note we do not accept refunds only exchanges on full priced items, which will be sent to you via a store credit (discount code to the same value).
If a item is bought via sale / discount code we strictly do not accept any exchanges or refunds.
Please note that all return costs need to be paid for by the customer. The standard shipping charge will also be added to the new order (The standard shipping charge will need to be paid on the new order even if shipping on the first order was free).

  1. Once we receive your exchange request, it will be assessed by our team to ensure that the timeframe is still valid (within the 7 day exchange time frame)
  2. We will then forward you a confirmation email with further details to return the order back to us. (Please note shipping costs are paid for by the customer)
  3. Once we receive your item (within 5 working days of our confirmation) we will assess the item/s to ensure that they are in good condition and tags are still intact. (no stains, damages, bra cup dents or perfume smells)
  4. If your item passes our exchange assessment we will then issue a store credit in the form of a discount code that you can use to make another purchase online (If an item is purchased on sale and you wish to exchange the item we will send you a code with the initial price paid.If the sale is no longer active you will need to pay the difference). If you would like a style that is slightly more expensive you will need to pay in the additional at checkout, if the style you would like is less than please send us an email: exchanges@vadaonline.com and we will assist further.
  5. Once you repurchase your new item online we will prepare it for you as per our normal order timeframe. (7-14 working days) Please note during the festive season this could take longer.
  6. You can only exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you go over this timeframe, we unfortunately cannot accept your exchange.
