RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only accept exchanges on full priced items within 14 days receipt of the delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and be in the exact condition they were received in. We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear or bodysuits, as it is against hygiene regulations. South African customers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return their items. If items are received after this 14th day period the return/exchange will be rejected and returned back to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY PROVIDE MONETARY REFUND FOR VALID MANUFACTURING FAULTS.SIZE,COLOR OR CHANGE OF MIND WILL BE PROVIDED WITH EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
VADA does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping remains at the customer’s expense.
VADA will not be held liable if the return parcel is not directly received by the given returns address. Any return charges will remain at the customer’s expense. If fees are left unpaid your return parcel will be sent back to you.
All returns will be processed within 14-20 days of receipt back of the garemts.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
We only fully refund if the garment has a manufacturing fault.
Returns & Refunds may take up to 2 weeks.
