HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

1.FILL OUT THE RETURNS FORM ENCLOSED IN YOUR PARCEL.
PLACE THE RETURNS FORM AND YOUR ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN INTO A SECURE PACKAGE.
2.TAKE YOUR RETURNS PARCEL TO A COURIER SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE OR WE RECOMMEND ARAMEX DROP BOX SERVICES (www.aramex.co.za)
3.ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED  WE WILL PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE AND HAVE IT SENT BACK TO YOU.
( THIS MAY TAKE 10-14 DAYS)

  • VADA DOES NOT COVER RETURN COURIER COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ,THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
  • VADA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING PARCELS AT THE POST OFFICE/COURIER.WE ONLY ACCEPT DOOR DELIVERY TO THE ABOVE STATED ADDRESS.THIS MADE CLEAR ON OUR WEBSITE AND RETURN FORM SENT WITH PARCELS.
  • YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT WITH ALL TAGS IN PLACE.IF TAGS ARE REMOVED EVEN BY MISTAKE WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE THE PARCEL.
  • VADA IS ABLE TO REJECT A RETURN IF THE GARMENT LOOKS WORN, HAS STAINS, SMELLS OF PERFUME OR HAS BEEN WORN IN PICTURES.
EXCHANGES CAN TAKE TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS.
OUR RETURNS POLICY APPLY TO ALL ORDERS PLACED VIA OUR WEBSITE ,SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES AND WATSAPP .IT IS THE CUSTOMERS DUTY TO READ OR ASK ABOUT THE EXCHANGE POLICY BEFORE THE PURCHASE.ONCE A PURCHASE IS MADE THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY.
VADA ONLINE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY BULLYING,PROFANITY AND THREATS TO OUR BUSINESS OR STAFF MEMBERS DUE TO CUSTOMERS WHO ARE UNAWARE OF THE EXCHANGE POLICY.
