1. Email us with your name, order number and reason for exchange. Email address: hello@vadaonline.com
2. We will then forward you a confirmation email with further details to
return the order back to us. (Please note shipping costs are paid for by
the customer) and we do not collect from the post office. Kindly use a
reputable courier company to return your order.
3.Once we receive your item we will assess the item/s to ensure that they
are in good condition and the tags are still intact. (no stains,
damages, bra cup dents or perfume smells)
4. If your item passes our exchange assessment we will then issue store credit
(excluding shipping cost) in the form of a discount code that you can
use to make another purchase online (If an item is purchased on sale and
you wish to exchange the item we will send you a code with the initial
price paid. If the sale is no longer active you will need to pay the
difference).
5. Once you repurchase your new
item online we will prepare it for you as per our normal order
timeframe. (14 working days) Please note during the festive season this
could take longer.
We only accept exchanges
within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you go over this timeframe,
we, unfortunately, cannot accept your exchange.
If your style choice is out of stock you will need to select a different style.
We only allow 1 exchange per order. (If your 2nd item does not fit we are unable to provide another exchange code)
